I am a graduate of Wichita State University, where I majored in Elementary Education with a minor in Communicative Disorders and Sciences. This is my 24th year in education, and I have experience teaching 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade homerooms, 4th-9th grade language arts, special education, high school algebra and geometry, and (my favorite) middle school math. My husband, Todd, and I have five children, two boys and three girls, and are proud, new grandparents of our first grandson. During my free time, I enjoy going to sporting events, officiating volleyball, and most of all, spending time with my family.
